All VM loads should be back up and running.
If you have application errors inside your VM, please contact us for additional investigation.
We can confirm that the part swap has been abandoned and the vendor's field engineer has left the site.
Apologies for the disruption; we will be speaking with the vendor in due course.
Most VMs are back online and functioning normally. Work continues to identify those that need further intervention.
We had a field engineer on-site performing what was supposed to be a hitless component swap in our primary storage array.
Regrettably, the manufacturer sent an untrained field engineer who took down the entire array.
Work is ongoing to restore service - we are seeing VMs coming back online at the moment. We apologise for the temporary disruption caused.
Once the array is functional again we will be sending the field engineer away and dealing with the component swap ourselves next week.
