The source of the control failure holding open the circuit breakers feeding critical load has been identified.
We expect restoration of critical power within the next 90 minutes. Engineers will then work to ensure that all impacted customers are back online.

We have identified an issue with power delivery in one of our data centres. During maintenance, the data centre experienced unexpected circuit breaker trips which affected the load for some customers. Engineers are currently working on-site towards the restoration of service.
